2. Description of Service

Doc Whisperer provides AI-powered document processing services, including but not limited to:

  • Document data extraction
  • PDF to Excel conversion
  • Bank statement processing
  • AI-powered document analysis
  • Text and table extraction

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Plans

We offer multiple subscription plans with varying features and limits. Current plans include Free, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise tiers.

Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have used less than 10% of your monthly quota. Contact support for refund requests.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Your use of the Service is subject to the limits of your subscription plan:

  • Daily document processing limits
  • File size restrictions
  • Page count per document

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate fair use policies or attempt to circumvent usage limits.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Use automated tools to abuse the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Process documents you don't have permission to process

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to documents you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents to provide the Service.

Our Content

The Service, including all software, algorithms, and features, is owned by Doc Whisperer and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Data Processing & Privacy

We process your documents and data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest
  • We do not use your documents to train AI models without consent
  • Documents may be automatically deleted after processing
  • You can request deletion of your data at any time

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of AI extraction results
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • That the Service meets all your requirements

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all processed documents.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doc Whisperer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doc Whisperer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Fail to pay fees
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Abuse the Service

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any stored documents.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Service notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law
